Only have five minutes... here is Kristin's short bio...
Kristin Ballas is a two-time award nominated HR leader who’s passionate about helping small businesses and entrepreneurial startups navigate human resources. Kristin has experience building HR departments from the ground up. Her prior Head of HR roles have provided her hands-on experience she draws on when solving small business and entrepreneurial startup HR business problems. She founded WaypointHR, LLC in January 2019.

Kristin holds a BS degree in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Philadelphia University. She also earned a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University and holds designations as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Kristin lives in Montgomery County with her husband, two small children, and her family dog Walter Joseph. When she isn't busy navigating human resources, she loves spending time with her family and practicing hot yoga. She isn't very good at standing on her head yet but she can stand on her shoulders. Does that count for something?!
